1. Who we are

2. Information we collect

Repeater Labs does not intentionally collect, transmit to its own servers, sell, or rent personal information through Minute Repeater. The app does not require account creation or login.

3. Local app data and device-to-device communication

Minute Repeater may store preferences locally on your Android phone or Wear OS watch, such as sound, haptic, volume, repeater mode, and related configuration. Where supported, the phone and watch may communicate directly in order to synchronize those settings and app behavior. Repeater Labs does not receive that local configuration on its own servers.

4. Device features and permissions

The app may use device capabilities that are necessary for its functionality, including audio playback, haptic feedback, Wear OS complications, and communication between paired Android and Wear OS devices. These capabilities are used to provide the app’s features and are not used by Repeater Labs to build advertising profiles.

5. Third-party platform services

Minute Repeater is distributed through Google Play and runs on Android and Wear OS. Google and device manufacturers may process technical, diagnostic, purchase, security, or usage information independently under their own terms and privacy policies. Repeater Labs does not control those platform-level processing activities.

6. Advertising and tracking

Minute Repeater does not contain third-party advertising and Repeater Labs does not use the app for behavioral advertising or cross-app tracking.

7. Data sharing and sale

Repeater Labs does not sell personal information collected through Minute Repeater. Because Repeater Labs does not operate a backend that collects personal information for the app’s core functionality, there is no Repeater Labs user database to share for advertising or marketing purposes.

8. Data retention and deletion

App preferences stored locally remain on your device until you change them, clear the app’s data, or uninstall the app. Since Repeater Labs does not maintain a server-side user account or personal-data database for Minute Repeater, there is no server-side user profile to delete.

9. Children

Minute Repeater is not specifically directed to children. Repeater Labs does not knowingly collect personal information from children through the app.

10. Security

We design Minute Repeater to minimize data handling and to rely on local device functionality wherever practical. No method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, but limiting collection reduces the amount of personal information exposed to risk.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy if Minute Repeater’s functionality, data practices, or legal requirements change. The current version will always be published at this URL and the “Last updated” date will be revised accordingly.
